Our policy is for 7 days. If 7 days have passed since you received the item, we will not be able to refund or exchange it for you. We only offer refunds or exchanges for defective items.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. The product must also be in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Please contact us before shipping your return.

Refund (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return and we will also notify you whether your refund request was successful.

Discounted items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded, discounted items cannot be refunded.

Exchange (if applicable)

To return the product, you should mail the product to: Room 2, 20th Floor, Ding Feng Centre, 11 Cheung Yue Street, Cheung Sha Wan, Hong Kong SAR, China.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for your exchange to arrive may vary depending on where you live.

If you are shipping items worth more than HK$200, you should consider shipping tracking services or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
